  • Fit into a pair of size 12 jeans

Exercise Goals

  • Complete 10 burpees
  • Complete 15 burpees
  • Complete 2 sets of 15 burpees
  • Hold Plank position for 45 secs straight
  • Do 3 sets throughout the 45 mins of dips, push ups and sit ups
  • Do 3 sets all in a row of dips, push ups and sit ups
  • Do 2 sets of 15 of the squat/lunge combo
  • Run 1km
  • Run 1.5km
  • Run the full 2.4km
  • Cycle 2.5km
  • Cycle 4km
  • Cycle the full 5km
